We've reached depths of autism that even I didn't think were possible (WE'RE, not were, apple intelligence sucks, I need to turn it off) I think I've listened to this song maybe 40 times since I heard it on my drive home on Sunday. I can't stop. It's like an auditory stim, even though it hits me with a profound wave of sadness every time.  It also makes me want to push even harder, because I'm terrified of running out of time, and I have to make all of this happen before it's over. okay, not the only one , but it often feels like I'm the only one who cares.  writing group? everyone quit except me.  comic con? I'm always the one who gets the tickets, who researches how the queueing system works in order to game it properly, I want to go more days while others want to go less or not at all.  people always tell me to tone it down, to chill out, to stop doing so much, and I don't understand why.  i never will. that's why my reddit bio has that quote from One Project, "Turn up the volume and let out the rage."  turn it up. when everyone else tones down, go all in. if anyone reading this is like me. i don't understand the lack of passion. it's confusing to me. why does nobody care?  so smile for the camera, put on a show, if you try to drag me down, then down you will go

Inoculation, aw yiss.  My hypothesis was correct. According to Cornbellys signage, Spookyville MAY have actors after 7 pm on nights with Frightbellys.  I went through Buried Alive and it wasn't staffed, but the adrenaline was amped after reading that.  I also went to the very entrance of the Frightbellys hay maze itself. Saw a scare. Creepy clown dude going after a group.  Right at or after 7 pm seems like the perfect time. They're getting into position. Or, right before! Hell, I think they didn't close the mazes the day OF Frightbellys, as opposed to other days. So, I could probably solo at the haunt maze at like....6:50. Perfect. Ride the edge.  Of course, GP season is in full swing. But, what are you gonna do. It's peak fall now.  Overall - Hell yes. This is the good gradual way to get myself into solo haunting. I will be doing more of this. As Tampa Jay says, haunts on. 

I never used AI for art or writing, except when Dalle-2 first came out (this was well before anyone outside of graduate level computer scientists even had access to it) where I generated like 1-2 images and went "nice, anyway, back to CtrlPaint". I've always hated AI-generated images, minus that first exploratory period, once the techbros got wind and tried to get rid of artists. No. Screw that. Lol.  I used it for coding sometimes, but then realized it was making me weaker. I always refused "vibe coding". That term sounds extremely stupid because it is, in fact, an extremely stupid practice. Instead, I tried to use AI while understanding what it was doing and being the primary driver. But then I decided to try and go "AI-minimal" on code. I only used it if I was stuck on a physics formula or something that was difficult to source.  But at work, I was still using it too much.
