OOOOORLANDO :)

2 weeks before: 

  • Slowly begin packing. We will have no marathon packing sessions for this trip. 
  • Request WFH on Tuesday 4/01/25

Day 1 (Tuesday): 

  • 4 PM After work, do mini-blocks for all pursuits. Eat a fairly large snack or even meal. Nap with meditation/gateway tapes on from 5-8 PM or so. 
    • This is contingent on getting WFH approved for that day. 
  • 8 PM Wake up. SHOWER. 
  • 8:45 PM leave. 
  • 9:30 PM arrive at SLC, drop off bag, security
  • 10:00 PM get some Panda, maybe a dessert, maybe a Delta plush. Panda closes at 11 PM, so I might bump this up. 
  • 10:45 PM get ready for bed in the airport shower. 
  • 11:15 PM board flight 
  • 11:45 flight. bring bucked up protein shaker with a bunch of Crystal Light Energy, but fill it with water right now. bring change of clothes and mini fan. put on dratini neck pillow / possibly a better one that I buy online. put on eye mask, and noise-canceling headphones. listen to gateway tapes/meditation/Sky Sailing's An Airplane Carried Me to Bed. 
Day 2 (Wednesday): 
  • 6 AM arrive in MCO
  • 6:30 AM get bag, buy breakfast, look at theme park shops at airport if they are open, get cleaned up/changed, consume about 200mg caffeine 
  • Then get an Uber to the Hampton, drop off bags
  • 10 AM rope drop SeaWorld Orlando
  • SeaWorld all day
  • Optional: Get into hotel room sometime between 3 PM and dinner. Short break. 
  • 8 PM is when SeaWorld closes. 
  • Whenever you are done with SeaWorld: Uber to Fun Spot Kissimmee 
  • Fun Spot Kissimmee until 9:30 PM 
  • Bed by 11 PM 
Day 3 (Thursday): 
  • Lift, Run, + Breakfast at Hampton Inn
  • Uber to WDW
  • At Wide World of Sports, visit RunDisney Expo to pick up bib 
  • Blizzard Beach 
  • Check into All Star Sports
Day 4 (Friday):
  • Springtime 5K
  • WDW
Day 5 (Saturday):
  • Springtime 10K 
  • WDW
  • Dinner @ Mama Melrose's
Day 6 (Sunday):
  • Springtime 10-miler
  • Pool/possibly Typhoon Lagoon
  • Disney Springs
    • Dinner @ Rainforest Cafe (I can't remember what day we have this reserved for) 
Day 7 (Monday):
  • Resort-hop? 
  • Extremely small probability of Universal to do Rip Ride Rockit, but prob not
  • Fly back
Disney snacks
  • Blue milk
  • Cookie ice cream sandwiches at food court
  • Dole whip
  • Something with macaroni and cheese 
Essential rides at WDW
  • Remy
  • Guardians 
  • Frozen
  • Tiana
  • Etc.
