Pet peeve: "how do you stay motivated"

You don't. 

I lose motivation at times. But because my habits are non-negotiable and automatic, they happen anyway. 

So I might be demotivated on some morning but I'm already halfway through my workout before I realize because it's just that mindless to execute now. As it should be.
