Why I try to get up and run so early
1) I have ADHD and am always, I repeat ALWAYS 15-30 minutes behind. So I NEED that buffer.
2) I am serious about both running and weight lifting and I will not compromise on EITHER.
3) The traffic starts to suck around 7:15 am because of kids going to school. You get stuck behind buses and long queues of people.
4) The later you go, the more people there are at the park. The more people there are, the more angry off-leash dogs there are.
This is just a reminder to myself to not let people's "oh you don't have to work this week so you should sleep in!" crap get to me. No, no, no, no. It screws up everything.
