lost productivity: must regain
Monday and Tuesday are still the worst days of my week for productivity. Sunday night, I'm either calling home or having to work, meaning that I'm up later than I want to be. This screws up Monday, usually meaning (but not always) that I have to work out both before and after work. With Tuesday, I have to drive 40 minutes one-way into the office, and some days (like today) no one on my team is even there, making the wasted time from the commute largely pointless. This means, once again, that I have to double-work-out.
If I could work at 9 AM instead of 8 AM, I would be fine. But, I have to work at 8 AM.
By Wednesday, I'm usually back on track, but this is stressing me out. I can't keep having this happen anymore. Trying to find a fully remote job with a 9 AM start and no weekends right now that will actually interview me is like trying to find the hay in the needlestack.
I don't know what to do. Maybe a makeup session later in the week.
