When I say I am neurodivergent instead of just adhd it is mostly because

I have an ADHD diagnosis from college but have never been evaluated for ASD. But...there are signs. There always have been, ever since I first read about Asperger's as a kid and thought wait, that's kinda like me, why did no one ever get me evaluated for that? You know, when you're trying to play with the other kids but it's confusing and you don't know how and there's this little voice that goes something is wrong here...

I was planning on only writing until 9:30 or 9:45 PM because I need to stick to a somewhat consistent schedule. Even if Saturday is my late night and I had half a Monster a little bit too late in the morning (10 AM or so)

Then suddenly it was 10 PM. I had been listening to the same 3 horsegiirl songs in a row while writing furiously and engaging in...repetitive rocking and headbanging motions. I was completely impervious to all external reality for this period of time and was only vaguely cognizant of what my body was doing. Eeyup.

One day I am going to get evaluated and finally have an answer.

Memorial Day Weekend is going swimmingly so far, even if Lagoon a Beach was freezing this morning. The Speed and Serpentine slides are not aging well -- they left red welts on my back and tore up my swimsuit (though it was a Wally World one that cost $8, so). But hey, no lines for anything!
