And here's the frozen fruit

That's what I keep hearing every time I listen to Centuries by Fall Out Boy.

But I just took a family member's suggestion about eating frozen fruit as someone who struggles to eat fruits and vegetables. I just ate a very small amount of it today -- but it was a brilliant idea. It seems that my sensory issues are just not there when it's frozen.

I would eat a chocolate covered strawberry at Zupas a few times a year, and maybe have some in an acai bowl, but this is the first time I've been able to eat a strawberry and not go "ew it's squishy" and have to force it down. Even though I like the flavor of them, I just can't do the texture. But frozen fruit has hardly any texture at all. It's like eating a popsicle.

And I think frozen will last longer too.

I will conclude with a complimentary reminder that keto sucks and it's for chumps and you need carbs. I'm still mad about that week I had to eat toasted hot dog buns for breakfast because everyone at the church event I was asked to bring buns for was doing keto.
