How to export a series of rendered images to an mp4 using Adobe After Effects

This assumes you've saved a bunch of render still images into a single folder on your PC. I would recommend JPEG

1. Open Adobe After Effects
2. Click "New Project"
3. File -> Import -> File
4. Navigate to render files and select just the first one
5. Import as Footage and Sequence. 
6. You will see a stack of photos as follows. Double click on it, then hit spacebar to make sure your animation is OK: 


7. Drag the stack into the lower part of the program


8. File -> Export -> Add to Adobe Media Encoder Queue
9. Adobe Media Encoder will open. Wait for your files to appear. 


10. Hit the green Play button 
11. Open up the output MP4


12. Check out the output MP4 and make sure it looks good:
