Your body should not be breaking down in your 30s

You should not be complaining about random aches/pains in your 30s. I've even seen people say this who are in their late 20s. You are not "getting old" -- well, technically you are, we all are, but you are not even close to retirement age. If your body feels like it is breaking down that young I would seriously consider evaluating your workout routine. And seeing a doctor too.

I am dealing with some metatarsal issues currently so yes that hurts, but that's a running injury. I got running injuries in high school too. I don't get pains from just doing daily tasks, and it's concerning that this vernacular has crept its way into the modern-day zeitgeist. This isn't normal.

Cultural sludge, man. Crabs in a bucket. Never accept that you will break and fight it every single step of the way. Do not ever let the world swallow you.
