oh and I rode 7 Lagoon rides in 2 hours and 15 minutes today, and it was very crowded

Yes indeed, I knew it was possible.

I arrived late to rope drop by 5 minutes because man, it's hard to do lifting, running 16 miles, showering, getting breakfast, grabbing a lunch, and then driving 45-50 miles to Lagoon. I had to run in Provo Canyon at 5:45 AM holding some pepper spray and nearly had a heart attack when some runner ran by me (he was wearing all black and I freaked out and thought it was a wolf trotting towards me lmao. Had a spooky experience with a coyote on one morning run in the middle of town. Thing just freaking stared at me with its glowing eyes in the early morning gloom and I panicked and booked it. :D ).

Well, technically I arrived to parking 5 minutes past rope drop, but did not get into the park until 20 minutes after (10:20 AM) because of the sheer quantity of people.

A lot of people get eaten up by the Prime line or the Rocket line so there's that. Also, a lot of people just kinda stand there near the entrance at the beginning of the day (therefore losing out on shorter-ish lines) so the objective is to get on the rides before those people.

I skipped Prime because the line was in the exact spot it was last time (just past the first building) which is at least 45 minutes of waiting. I did use the restroom nearby. I swear I WILL do Prime at some point this season; I have to. It's a great coaster.

I then went straight to Cannibal, single rider. I wanted to ride it again but they were adding an additional car and so I bowed out of line the second time. I ain't got time for that.

After that, Wicked single rider. Roller Coaster line was weirdly long for it only being 10:30 AM so I figured something was up and I temporarily skipped it. I also bailed on Spider because they were testing cars with no one in them.

After that, Wild Mouse.

After that, Roller Coaster. Turns out, nothing was up; it was just a super busy Saturday. The line looked bad, but it was only 15 minutes. Thank you, double-train ops!

Then, Spider since it was running. Our car was not imbalanced enough and we did not spin much as a result. Oh well.

Then Colossus.

Then, I checked out The District to see the construction progress on the NebulaZ and the European flat they're adding.

Then I bought a new sunglasses strap because my one from 2016 or whenever I toured Pixar broke on Colossus.

Then, Bombora. I am so ready for Lagoon-a-Beach to open. Just kept looking over at it the whole time.

When in line, I mostly read The Way of Kings on iBooks as part of my full Stormlight Archive catch-up objective. In addition, I also enjoyed some Cheezburger cat memes because I have never mentally left 2012.

I skipped Bat because I didn't feel like any old school Vekoma headbanging after a 25-minute wait was really in the cards for me today. I'll do it another time. If you lean forward you can mostly avoid the headbanging; same as Rougarou at Cedar Point. However, I kind of didn't want to?

Well, the wait may have been more like 15 minutes, but at the same time, it was past the queue and overflowing towards OdySea. Just didn't want to mess with that with headbanging as a reward.

Done by 12:15 PM. Went to eat my lunch and walk 3 miles on the Lagoon trail, where I watched some PLC videos on Udemy by Farmington Pond. Then I went home to work on my goals, got some Happy Dragon with friends, and went to writing group. Now I think I'll either play a PC game or some VR for a bit then off to bed.
