marathon tapering

I always put it off until the last possible second (usually the Saturday before my race, so just a week out)

I can't stay within my calorie goals because I burn so little -- blast right past them 

And my Apple Watch Ultra fitness face is describing my activity as "below" average with a HUGE dip almost to the bottom

And I am once again reminding the world that keto sucks and is pseudoscientific BS and it's miserable because you can't eat Texas toast
